GSD&M Assorted Projects
For the holiday season, GSD&M collaborated with the charity Magdalene House ATX and sent out this accordion-fold Christmas card to promote that partnership.
For demolition derby season, a couple of crazy coworkers and I found a car we wanted to destroy and made some swag to promote that destruction.
The Hitch bandanas were a design collaboration with Steve Wolf, Greg Thomas, and Dustin Coffey. 3 hand-crafted bandanas. 100 uses. Perfect for sweat mopping, tear wiping, trail marking, taxi flagging, sun blocking, magic tricking, or just plain ol’ wall-hanging. Quickly transforms into a napkin, tourniquet, blindfold, tissue, flag, rag, bag, or gag. Like what you see? Drooling just a little bit? You know what’s good for wiping up drool? A BANDANA.
One of the great things about working at GSD&M is their devotion to live music. And we get to design the gig posters for all of our in-house concerts.
The 2023 poster was produced using variable data printing, so no two posters were identical. We could have done a run of over 724 trillion unique posters, but our backyard isn’t big enough for that many party guests anyway…
The 2022 party poster was a collaboration with Marc Ferrino, and features a ton of gold foil. So very shiny!
The MODOC poster won a Silver Addy award at the Austin Addys. The Ghostland Observatory poster got a Bronze Addy at the District Addys, and was featured in the Graphis 2017 Poster Annual. The 2015 SXSW poster won a Silver Addy at the 2016 Austin Addy Awards.
GSD&M. SXSW. Acronyms that rock.
